SILC Founder, Clare Hall (PhD) is Senior Lecturer in Performing Arts, Monash University, Australia. Her practice-based research integrates the arts, education, and sociology driven by a commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion in and through music. She is the Cofounder/leader of the Decolonising and Indigenising Music Education group (International Society of Music Education) and is part of a major Norwegian Research Council funded Sami Singing Maps project. Recent publications include Decolonising and Indigenising Music Education Vol 1 (2024) and Vol 2 (2026).
